This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences we've had, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend ei

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should know what we experienced. We booked and fully paid for a **two-night stay**. While we were driving to the townhouse, the property suddenly texted us saying that Booking.com had changed our reservation from two nights to one night and that we would have to check out the following morning. This was incredibly stressful, especially while traveling with two young children. Instead of enjoying the first morning of our vacation, we spent **the entire morning on the phone** going back and forth between Booking.com customer service and the property management trying to resolve a problem that should never have happened. The property eventually admitted it was their mistake and confirmed that we could stay for both nights as originally booked. Although the reservation was corrected, the situation caused unnecessary stress and wasted hours of our vacation. It honestly felt very unprofessional and raised serious concerns about how reservations are managed. Even more disappointing, Booking.com showed very little concern about what we had gone through or about the other serious issues we encountered. The biggest problem, however, was that the **air conditioning was not working**. Anyone who has spent time in South Florida knows that a home without functioning A/C during the summer is simply not habitable. Three adults and two children spent the entire night sweating in excessive heat. **None of us slept at all.** By morning, everyone was exhausted, uncomfortable, and frustrated. This wasn't just an inconvenience—it completely ruined our stay. When we reported the issue, we were repeatedly told that someone would come to fix it. We trusted those promises and spent most of the day away from the townhouse waiting for updates. Before leaving, I made it clear to both the property management and Booking.com that if the A/C could not be repaired promptly, I wanted to relocate and receive a refund.

Overall my stay was wonderful and VERY affordable me and my party had a BLAST and will definitely book again.

I loved that’s the house was upstairs and downstairs. it was clean and comfortable. the host was responding respectful and fast.

The wifi was barely working , the microwave never was working and the AC was hot even if we turned it down.
