Pessima acomodação! Só estresse.

Só gostei da localização.

Se você não quiser passar estresse e perder tempo, não recomendo alugar este apartamento! Chegamos às 16h, e nossa intenção era aproveitar a praia logo após a chegada. Porém, tivemos diversos problemas que acabaram comprometendo nossa experiência. Primeiro, o ar-condicionado da suíte não estava gelando, a água dos banheiros estava bastante quente e o Wi-Fi não funcionava. Nosso primeiro estresse foi com o ar-condicionado. Entramos em contato com a responsável, que informou que o técnico chegaria em 10 minutos. Ficamos esperando por mais de 1h30, sem solução. Como já havíamos perdido bastante tempo, decidimos ir à praia. Quando voltamos, por volta das 19h, o técnico finalmente estava lá. Ou seja, se tivéssemos ficado esperando, teríamos perdido ainda mais tempo. Uma enorme falta de respeito e responsabilidade! Durante a vistoria, o técnico constatou que as telas dos filtros do ar-condicionado estavam extremamente sujas, na verdade, imundas. Diante disso, pedimos que verificasse também o aparelho do outro quarto e, para nossa surpresa, estava ainda pior! O técnico precisou lavar as telas e colocá-las novamente nos aparelhos. No primeiro dia, o ar-condicionado da suíte até apresentou uma melhora após a limpeza, mas, no segundo dia, voltou a apresentar o mesmo problema que encontramos na chegada. Decidimos não insistir para evitar mais estresse durante a estadia. Para piorar, a responsável ainda demonstrou insatisfação ao técnico porque ele verificou o ar-condicionado do segundo quarto a nosso pedido, alegando que a solicitação era apenas para o aparelho da suíte. Sinceramente, não consigo entender como alguém disponibiliza um apartamento para temporada com aparelhos de ar-condicionado nessas condições, sem a devida manutenção e higiene, expondo os hóspedes a possíveis problemas de saúde. Como se não bastasse, também tivemos problemas com o vaso sanitário.
