The “Kleine Oase” vacation rental offers 37 m² of stylish comfort for a relaxing stay. The separate bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and an air conditioner, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The modern living area with kitchen invites you to relax and features Magenta TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom features a rain shower, toilet, and sink, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Particularly inviting: the private terrace, where you can enjoy undisturbed moments and savor the peace and quiet to the fullest.
Our two vacation apartments, “Kleines Resort” (first floor) and “Kleine Oase” (1st floor), newly completed in 2025, offer modern living comfort, a stylish ambience, and lovingly designed details across approximately 37 m²—each with a spacious outdoor area for relaxation. Located in the heart of Bad Neuenahr, centrally situated at Ahrstraße 10 yet quietly nestled in the inner courtyard, you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay right in the thick of things: shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and the banks of the Ahr are just a few minutes’ walk away. Car parking spaces and long-term parking options are available about 300 m away; parking spaces for motorcycles and bicycles are available directly in the courtyard, and you can charge e-bikes for free. Sustainability is important to us: Our vacation apartments meet the highest climate and material standards, featuring optimal insulation, soundproofing, and climate-neutral district heating. Experience Bad Neuenahr with its two sides—the lively town and the romantic Ahr Valley with its wineries, the Red Wine Hiking Trail, the Ahrsteig, and the unique landscape. On-site costs: A 50% advance payment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Important: Please call us shortly before your arrival. The property management will meet with you in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler by appointment to conduct the apartment inspection and key handover. Pets are not allowed.The visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night will be charged separately on site. If you would like a parking space, we’ll be happy to reserve one for you. The fee is €5 per day.
