About this house rental
From the outside, you see a ranch home with a clean layout, but the real magic happens as soon as you step onto that wrap-around front deck. Uptown’s skyline peeks at you like, “Yeah, I’m right here,” while a massive, century-old tree keeps the house shaded and perfectly blended with nature that you can enjoy on the screenes in porch. You don’t just stay here—you feel like you’re part of the neighborhood’s history. Inside, it’s everything you’d want in a short-term rental: three bedrooms, cozy vibes, all the essentials, and a layout that makes you feel connected without being cramped. You are a stones throw from the best BBQ in town and walkable to other bars, restaurants or the trolley stop that takes you Uptown. Whether you’re crashing after a night out in Midwood or sipping coffee while staring at that skyline view, this place gets it right.

Exactly what we expected. Great location and very walkable to restaurants, bars and grocery store. House was clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. The host was easy to get a hold of and we’d definitely stay there again!
