Welcome to Portico 16, a 1,657 square foot, three-level townhome in a peaceful enclave just off Deer Valley Drive. Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows keep it bright, and a river-rock gas fireplace anchors the great room.
Historic Main Street is a short 0.5 mile walk and Snow Park Lodge is 0.9 miles, with the free Park City shuttle stop two blocks away.
With a king suite, a queen room and a bunk room, the townhome suits families and small groups of up to seven.

Great Room (Main Level): Leather furnishings, a river-rock gas fireplace, a 55" Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Kitchen and Dining (Main Level): Stone counters, modern appliances and leather dining chairs for six (eight with the leaf), with a laundry closet tucked away.
Outdoor: A private patio with a hot tub, outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill.
