We provide four portable beach chairs for your convenience.
The parking area can accommodate up to 7 standard-size vehicles.
All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps, using high-speed internet. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.
We provide high-thread-count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Guests are responsible for any additional items needed.
*Check-In – 4:00 PM (Central)
*Check Out – 10:00 AM (Central)
Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
Weddings/Events – If held on property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required
PET POLICY: This property is not Pet-friendly.
*The spa/pool can be heated from October 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. The pool and spa water both run from the same pump and heater, so pool heat must be selected and paid for before arrival. The spa jets are programmed to run from 5 PM to 10 PM. During peak summer months of June to September, the spa will automatically run from 7-10 PM. Due to the high heat, it cannot run for any longer than the allotted time
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made for students or singles under twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. We only had 1 issue with the property and that was about the communication regarding how to access the golf cart. There was nowhere on the property that explained how to access the golf cart and when I communicated this with the property manager, I was told to reach out to the owner of the golf cart. Aside from that, everything was smooth.

The place was clean, has the rooms and game rooms that were accurately shown from photos. We loved that it had more than enough rooms for all of us. The whole house is very spacious. Each room has enough space for everybody. Things that need improvement though are the beds are not comfortable at all besides that all the mattresses are hard, all the beds are way too high. The description needs to be specific with what kind of coffeemaker or what pots available so renters would know exactly what to bring without needing to ask everytime. Adding durable pot holders would be nice. We had small issues Day 1 but those were addressed immediately. Golf cart was not brand new looking as shown in photo expect an old one. Instructions about golf cart was not clear at all that's why we had to go through a mistake which was resolved as well. The pantry was way too small for a big house. The 6-7 mins walk was not too bad for adults but needing caution if you have kids with you because the roads tend to get busy during peak season.

Everything about the stay was wonderful beside we paid in advance for pool heating and on arrival the pool heater was broken. The host company did a good job keeping us updated and a couple days into our stay allowed us to use the pool next door!
