The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms with seven beds and 7.5 bathrooms. The interior flows openly between the living room, dining area, and kitchen - a layout built for groups who want to be together without feeling on top of each other. Natural light fills the rooms throughout the day, and large windows soften the boundary between the cool interior and the surrounding greenery.



Sleeping arrangements

Each of the four bedrooms is set up for comfortable group stays, giving everyone a quiet place to rest and recharge. With 7.5 bathrooms throughout the villa, mornings and evenings stay relaxed - no waiting, no rushing. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are all provided.



Outdoor living

A private pool anchors the outdoor space, surrounded by a patio, backyard, and balcony that invite you to linger. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook together and eat well at home - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils. The dining table connects naturally to the living space, keeping the group close whether it's a casual breakfast or a full evening meal.

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and WiFi keep the villa comfortable and connected. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to stay productive, and a washer and dryer make longer stays easier to manage. Free parking is available both in the garage and on the street. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.
