The hotel is beautiful! Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was friendly and provided helpful information at check-in. The on-site restaurants are very convenient and the location in downtown Rockford was great!

The location was worked well for needs on this visit. It’s also great for an evening walk around town an unexpected bonus.
Parking is not the greatest especially if you’re traveling with children, you will need to cross a street. There is limited parking behind the hotel that requires a bit of a walk which I don’t mind.

Costly for few amenities, although the location is delightful.
Ice machine and microwave in a communal area on first floor. "Ice machine " was the type you would see at a fast food restaurant that comes out of a spout when you push on it.
The shampoo wouldn't " lather."
We were initially placed in a handicapped room that was small. We were tired and in the morning I went to desk to rectify the situation. We were provided with a new room.
