Pls help to solve my issue

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am extremely frustrated that I have to submit this complaint for a second time regarding this matter. The accommodation sent me a message through the Booking.com system at 8:21 PM on June 10, 2026, informing me that my reservation for June 11, 2026 would be canceled due to a failure of their water supply system, which prevented them from accommodating guests. Because the cancellation notice was given so close to the check-in date, my father was forced to find and book alternative accommodation through the Booking.com platform on June 11, 2026 to avoid disrupting his travel plans. (Confirmation No: 5592971970 & Pin: 9156 ) Following this incident, I emailed Booking.com requesting a refund for the canceled reservation. However, to date, I have neither received a satisfactory resolution nor been refunded for the amount concerned. I respectfully request that Booking.com urgently review and resolve this matter and process the refund to which I am entitled, given that the accommodation provider unilaterally canceled the reservation. The prolonged delay in handling this case, without any clear response or resolution, is completely unacceptable. I look forward to receiving an official response and a concrete resolution to this matter as soon as possible. Unsafe, misleading, and completely unacceptable avoid this property at all costs

Nothing. The only positive was having a roof over our heads during heavy rain late at night, but that was purely due to the situation, not the quality of the property or service

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was traveling alone with my children and arrived late at night in heavy rain, only to be treated in an extremely unacceptable and disturbing way. The host locked me and my son inside and demanded an extra 50 CHF, which felt like intimidation and blackmail. The property itself was completely inadequate no towels, no proper bathroom or shower, and generally not fit for guests. It did not match basic standards or expectations. Additionally, the listing clearly stated that children stay for free, yet the host still tried to charge extra. This is misleading and dishonest

Wouldn’t go there again.

The location is really good and the host is a very nice lady.

It’s a dormitory with very limited space. The hallway was dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the building. It’s bearable if you’re only planning to stay overnight. Otherwise, it can be quite inconvenient, especially when it comes to cooking and using the showers.

This is a hostel and the photo doesn't match at all.

Nothing

The photos are completely inconsistent with reality. This is a terrible hostel, not a hotel, not an apartment, but some kind of terrible dorm. I didn't know something like this was possible in Switzerland. It's a scam, and these crooks refused to return my money.
