Terrible Check-In Experience, Dirty Flat, Broken Plumbing, Noisy Nights.

The location of this flat is close to the tube, which makes it very accessible, however the area is extremely noisy at night. We could barely get any sleep for the days we were there. Plus the flat is on the top floor so be prepared to carry your luggage up 3 floors.

After completing the pre-check-in form on Booking.com and taking a 10-hour red-eye flight from the US, we arrived at the flat expecting the host to either be there or provide instructions on how to get inside. Neither happened. We waited with our luggage and tired kids on the street for close to two hours, frantically calling the host and sending messages (SMS and Booking.com chats). None of our attempts to reach them received a response, and we were on the verge of booking another hotel nearby when my wife tried contacting them on WhatsApp. They finally replied, apologizing and saying they had forgotten, before sending photos showing how to find the keys. We found the apartment hastily cleaned, with stains on the sheets and hair in the bathtub and soap trays. We tried to make the best of it nonetheless. One day, we used the washing machine located in one of the closets. Midway through the cycle, water started pouring out from the plumbing behind the machine. The downstairs neighbor came up to tell us that her ceiling was leaking. We apologized profusely and explained that we had no idea the plumbing was broken. Had the host warned us, we would not have used the machine. She was kind enough not to make a fuss and even offered her own washer if we needed to finish our laundry. The location is terribly loud at night, so be cautious if you are traveling with young children; getting a good night's sleep will be tough. Additionally, the stairway to the top floor is dark and narrow, making it difficult to carry heavy luggage. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay at this flat and would not recommend it to future travelers.

The bathroom needs refurbishing.The mirror was broken,the cupboard behind was dirty,the tub needs to be replaced and the shower needs some maintenance service.

Niet fijn op de locatie na.

Locatie

Vies, hele slechte bedden zo hard als een plank. Overal vlekken. Vieze geur. Oud appartement zowat alles moest vervangen worden. Voordeur kon niet goed opslot, onveilig. Keuken was vies, pannen borden oven waren vies. We hadden gevraagd of het bank bed kon opgemaakt worden omdat we met drie personen waren. Was niet gedaan was ook geen extra bedden goed. Slecht tot geen contact te krijgen met de host. Hele nare vieze ervaring

A) posizione prossima al centro città B) zona tranquilla con buoni servizi raggiungibili in pochi minuti C) accessori e dotazioni come da descrizione, più che sufficienti x le nostre necessità . D) i materassi . . . veramente ottimi, anzi eccellenti !! Se mi dite di che marca sono, vorrei comprarli per casa mia.

A) una passata con un aspirapolvere sarebbe stata opportuna B) il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una "rinfrescata"
