Ein unglaublich schöner Ort mit einem sehr schönen Zimmer, wir hatten den Bungalow direkt am Pool. entgegen der anderen Rezensionen konnten wir den Pool sehr gut nutzen und er wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Zimmer war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und mit schöner Bepflanzung ausgestattet, es gibt mehrere Aufenthaltsräume, eine Bar an der auch Alkohol erworben werden kann, viele kleine, hübsche Sitzecken draußen und freundliches, bemühtes Personal.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Leider müssen auch wir einiges im Sinnes eines Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnisses anmerken. wifi gibt es nur in der Bar/Restaurant, nicht in den Zimmern! damit kann man sich arrangieren, wenn man eine marokkanische Sim Karte hat oder es VOR der Buchung weiss, was aber nicht der Fall war.
Das Personal wirkte angespannt- vielleicht aufgrund der teils negativen Rezensionen- und war im Abendbereich beim Dinner recht unkoordiniert in der Vorgehensweise. Mir ist auch nicht klar, warum Getränke nicht angeboten werden, z.B. auch, wenn man am Pool liegt. Das Abendessen war an beiden Abenden mittelmäßig bis schlecht (im Gegensatz zum guten Frühstück) und für einen Preis von 180
DH (3- Gänge- Menü) definitiv überteuert. Es gibt im Allgemeinen nicht eine einzige Karte mit Preisen für Essen und Getränke, sehr seltsam für einen theoretisch großen Gastronomie Betrieb! Die ganze Anlage hat sehr viel Potenzial, das Personal war sichtlich bemüht und freundlich, es scheint aber in weiten Teilen ungeschult zu sein.
Im Zimmer, was sehr schön war, haben wir Kleiderbügel und Haken für Handtücher vermisst, das ist aber eher Kleinkram und nicht so schlimm.
Wir haben am Ende dennoch gutes Trinkgeld gegeben, da wir denken, dass das Personal sich Mühe gegeben hat und nichts dafür kann. Ich denke, die Ambitionen sind hoch, im Sinne von Preis -Leistung wird es dem aber nicht ganz gerecht. Wir hoffen, mit dieser Rezension konstruktive Anregungen gegeben zu haben und wünschen viel Erfolg.

Nice area with lot of potential. Staff tried their best and were ready to help.
It was cold in winter. The facilities were well equipped to handle cold. They had fireplaces in public spaces like restaurant and in the room also, but in the restaurant they started only to heat after requested. So it was way too late to make the room warm. Same thing happened both in dinner and in breakfast. I have also stayed in Imlil in other hotel, where staff made sure public spaces are warm all the time the cold winter months. The duplex bedroom was cold also, and fireplace was not in use.
In general the room was bit overpriced for service and level of equipment provided. Balcony door was not opening well etc, many small details missing. Staff did their best though and were nice, but it seems like lack of training and maintenance from owner.

Le personnel, très accueillant et serviable
The atmosphere is quite nice but would appreciate more facilities for kids as well as possibilities for afternoon tea or brunch
