Avoid. Not worth the headache. Do NOT get what you pay for.

The ONLY good thing was the location.

I would not recommend this property and would strongly encourage future guests to consider other options. From the moment we arrived, there were numerous issues that significantly impacted our stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy, with springs protruding from the fold out couch mattress. Of the televisions in the unit, only one worked properly. The most concerning issue was the smoke alarms, which went off repeatedly throughout our entire stay. I attempted multiple times to contact management through both text and email. I was only able to reach someone once, who was apparently in Costa Rica, and the problem was never resolved. In addition, the neighboring rental unit played extremely loud music every night from approximately 11:00 PM until 3:00 AM. When I reported the issue, management appeared confused and believed the complaint was about our unit. They did not even seem to know which property we were staying in. To make matters worse, the neighboring guests regularly smoked marijuana outside while small children ran around unsupervised. The smell was so strong that it filled our unit. Two of my daughters have severe asthma, and the smoke aggravated their condition to the point that we had to pay for alternative accommodations for them for part of our trip. Between the constant smoke alarms, lack of communication, sleepless nights from the noise, broken amenities, uncomfortable beds, and the marijuana smoke entering the unit, this stay was an expensive disappointment. We paid for a vacation rental and instead spent our time dealing with issues that should have been addressed immediately. Given the circumstances and the lack of response from management, I believe a refund is warranted. This was a complete waste of money and not an experience I would ever repeat.
