Being my first trip to Chiang Mai, and after a 13 hr time change .. I thought that having an authentic and cozy Thai cabin with a cute balcony in a beautifully lit garden setting close to great food would be a wonderful place to transition and decompress. Derek had many spot on recommendations for massages, food and day trips as well. Great stay!

As far as a value aspect is concerned, I can't imagine anything more than what was provided. Great hospitality, with a setting and accommodation as I hoped and imagined it would be. I'll stay again in Jasmine 2.

L’emplacement était très bien, Derek fut très accueillant avec d’excellentes recommandations. Le petit balcon était très agréable et le terrain magnifique!

Le lit n’était pas très confortable et chambre très petite.

Cool traditional style rooms. Everything was great, rooms are clean, breakfast was good, area is quiet but close to everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. Seven the dog provides endless entertainment

Easy walk into chiang mai, just outside old town so quieter. Lovely friendly staff, really helpful. Pretty garden. Fresh clean towels and linen

Tiny rooms, old bathrooms and limited soundproofing. Typical of traditional Thai guesthouses so if this is not what you want keep looking.
