Everything the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Tea coffee Helen asked what milk we prefer. She even looked after our little dogs when we went out to a gig. After the gig we couldn’t find anything to eat and left us food out when we returned. Absolutely lovely stay very clean and couldn’t ask for a better host.
All was wonderful :)

Helen was lovely host and has a charming characterful space which we really enjoyed staying in.
On road parking was available but a couple of hundred away was as close as we could get. The steep stairs would be problem for anyone with mobility issues but we managed ok.

Lovely hostess, nice room tastefully decorated, warm. Riverside on one side.
A bit noisy as it is next to a busy road.

Large room with tasteful art and interesting books. Heated blanket was a bonus, and the lighting was subtle..
Lovely view of the river from the foot of the stairs.
