Property does not honor your booking and does not reply your inquires

The property did not honor the booking. They sent the access instructions 4 hours after the check-in time and only because we insisted on getting them. However, the instructions were incorrect, as the set of keys were already taken. We tried to call them but never picked up the phone. They do not care if you have to spend the day outside.

It is a scam, charges fraudulent sums to your card during and after the stay.

The location was ok

This is a scam, they charged my card 18 euro 3 times (54 total) through the dodgy Treasure Homes page they make you sign up with. There was no reason given for this. I blocked them from charging my card before they tried to withdraw money 3 more time, their last attempt was two weeks after we had checked out. We also were put in a different room than we booked, they never responded to messages about this (they were nearly impossible to contact in general, even when trying to get the check in code on the day of arrival). We were put in a budget room instead of a deluxe. The room we got had the bed just inside the frosted glass front door, with no way of blocking the courtyard lights that stay on all night, and a skylight directly above the bed, meaning you will be sleeping in a room that is far from dark. It was extremely stuffy, had no aircon and the noise from the courtyard was very loud with the window open. In summary, pay a bit more and stay somewhere else. Reported the property to booking, this property should've been taken down.

Very poor management

Nothing

They informed me last minute that the room had a water problem and it was unavailable. I first knew about it when I was at the door and about to check in.

Heat unbearable

Good location close to metro, room fine for somewhere cheap to sleep

The heat in the room was unbearable, waken all through the night drenched in sweat, no fan and no air con, asked for a fan and they said no. Surely one cheap fan in the room isn’t a huge expense. If you are planning to stay this summer I recommend cancel and book something with air con as it really was a nightmare. Also smelled like cigarettes and found buts under the bed, shame as room was fine but not having a fan made it miserable

Hyvä sijainti.

Sisään kirjautuminen vaikeaa. Vuorokauteen ei aluksi tullut lämmintä vettä. Vain yksi juomalasi. Lusikat puuttuivat.
