horrible experience

Location

Most unpleasant experience in many years I am travelling with booking.com. No instructions for key collection sent in advance, waited for 2 hours at the entrance with kids and suitcases under the rain, multiple calls, host did not respond, managing company had no key code. After host finally responded with the code (no apologies!), keys were not in the box. We had to wait for someone to open the door for another 30 min. When we finally managed to come in, the apartment was not cleaned after previous guests! The host called cleaner, but she did not have a key, we had to wait for her even longer. Upon check-in - 2 beds out of 5 are not suitable for sleeping - sunbed cushion and some foldable bench with hard parts in the middle, other two are not convinient to sleep on. Not enough pillows, only 2 blankets for 5 people, no duvet covers, no coffee maker, i am not even talking abut coffee or a tea. At check-out before 11 am when we were less than an hour late, the host threatened us with security evacuation, without any communication beforehand. And this is after we had to wait for 4 hours to checkin! This host should not be on booking.com!
