My daughter and I stayed here, we found the space comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were soft yet firm. The location sits on the corner of Bryn Mawr and Paulina, which sees a lot of auto and foot traffic going by, so if that bothers someone a lot I wouldn't recommend it. However, the neighborhood itself felt safe and I enjoyed the fact that there were take a book leave a book boxes all over. Lots of people out and about, exercising and walking their dogs. All of the dogs we encountered were leashed and minded their own business. The neighbors on the other side of the privacy fence, near the bedroom closest to the front door, were quite loud at times but it didn’t last long. This happened twice, in the early evening.I liked that the host left a message a few times to check in. There are also suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, written on the chalkboard in the kitchen. My daughter and I would highly recommend M. Henry for brunch. The space is cute, the staff are great and the food is delicious. I have a gluten-intolerance, and they can accommodate a lot of the items on the menu. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
