Just a 2-minute walk from Windansea Beach—one of La Jolla's most iconic surf and sunset destinations—this remodeled 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 1,124 sq. ft. two-story condo offers a comfortable and well-located coastal retreat. Inside, you'll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a center island with seating for two, opening into a bright living area with a large flat-screen TV and dining space for four. A small private patio extends off the main living area, perfect for enjoying ocean breezes. Upstairs, the guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a ceiling fan, along with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a stacked washer/dryer. The queen primary suite offers an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo, ceiling fan, and a small balcony with peek ocean views. A two-car garage is available for guest use (please note height restrictions may limit some SUVs and trucks). This home has 2 sets of stairs—9 steps up from the garage to the main floor and 16 steps up to the second floor—so it may not be suitable for everyone. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable, and provided linens. Please note there is no A/C; fans are provided as well as heaters.

Loved the location, steps to the beach. Nice having the living spaces down stairs and bedrooms up. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a bit of an issue with the potable air conditioner in bedroom 2 and the queen bed in bedroom 1 could have been more comfortable. Having the garage parking was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Good kitchen. Beautiful updated home. Easy walk to beach, grocery, restaurants. The downside, and it is a big one - the master bedroom bed is horrible! Needs to be replaced immediately. If someone turns over they get thrown into the person next to them. This would keep me from rebooking.

Everything was great. Location only a block from the ocean. The place was renovated and clean. The garage was to tight for two SUVs but ample parking on the street. The area felt safe for walking to the local restaurants. Will book again next time we come to La Jolla.

Disappointing unit: not very clean, dishes and linens dirty. Very small view of ocean from very small bedroom balcony. Proximity to the beach is good, half-block away.
