Your retreat to unwind—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and right next to the Grömitz Zoo
Enjoy your vacation in a modern, approximately 71 m² 2.5-roomapartment on the first floor of a small apartment building, which was completely renovated in late 2025.
The apartment spans two levels and is located in a pleasantly quiet courtyard setting, about 800 meters from the beach and the lively promenade. Supermarkets are right nearby, and downtown Grömitz is just 400 meters away. Relaxing days (and evenings) by the sea await you—complete with a beach chair on the beach, which is included for our guests. Pure comfort, a direct view of the water, and perfect relaxation from the moment you set foot on the beach.
In the stylish living area, you’ll find a large sofa set, a cozy dining area, and a smart TV with streaming capabilities.
In the separate kitchen, you’ll find a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a coffee maker and capsule machine, and all other standard kitchen appliances.
A staircase leads from the living room to the open loft in the attic. Here you’ll find two single beds and a spacious closet. Right next to it is the bedroom with a large double bed and a closet. A special highlight is an additional sleeping option for the youngest guests: there are two pull-out trundle beds under the double bed.
The brightly tiled, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower stall, sink, and toilet, as well as an illuminated makeup mirror, rounds out the cozy atmosphere.
The entire apartment features easy-to-maintain tile and laminate flooring.
A high chair, a clothes drying rack, and a private parking space behind the house provide additional convenience. Bicycle parking is available right outside the front door or in the basement.
Wi-Fi is, of course, included. Please note: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only outdoors.
As a special service for our guests, a reserved beach chair with a swivel base on the beach is included free of charge during your stay from April 15 through September 15.
