If you've dreamed of staying right on the beach—falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and enjoying sweeping views—this stunning oceanfront home in Encinitas is for you. This 2,000+ sq. ft. multi-level home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a king ocean-view master with patio access, plus a modern kitchen, spacious living area with 22-ft ceilings, fireplace, and folding glass doors for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy a private patio with a grill, 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, cable, and beach gear. No smoking, 7-night minimum, quiet neighborhood with strict no-party policy; stairs throughout may not suit all guests. Community amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a half basketball court on one of the tennis courts, a toddler play area, and landscaped greenbelts. A private beach access via approximately 70 cliffside stairs, with additional beach access a short drive to the north or south.
Vacation Rental Contract: You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

The check-in was fairly easy!! although it initially sounded complicated. The complex is quiet and pretty The condo view is amazing The master bed was great and bathroom is large. My only suggestion is to improve the couch. Fine for lounging (laying down)but not so much for sitting and chatting

We come to California every year for Thanksgiving be with our family. This spot makes it perfect! There were 3 bedrooms and baths, a well stocked kitchen and an amazing outdoor deck where we spent most of our time enjoying the spectacular ocean view! We can’t wait until our next visit!

The unit had one master suit that was awesome!! The secondary bedrooms had small uncomfortable beds!!
2 couples , with one very happy in the master suit, and second couple compromised with very small bed for adults and not very comfortable!! The bathroom off the small secondary bedroom had one sink and hardly any counter space!! The kitchen and main room were great!!! Tough for internet consistency. The area seemed too many units for the service!!
Loved the area tremendously!! Great location to walk to town and along the houses on the seaside!! The number of great restaurants was amazing!! And great coffee shops!! Walkability to beaches was also awesome!!! They have updated some main area features , which we loved!!
A couple with kids would fit well!!
Secondary bedroom was disappointing. We checked out early because the small uncomfortable bed was so uncomfortable!! Couple who got the main master…. Loved it!!!!
