Luxurious apartments in Baltic Park Plaża—right on the wide sandy beach and the lively promenade of Świnoujście. With ocean views, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a quiet location, they offer the perfect comfort for relaxing days at the beach, walks, and leisurely vacation moments.
We offer apartments in the immediate vicinity of the wide, fine-sand beach. Right next to it is the promenade with numerous restaurants and shops. The Baltic Park Plaża residential complex is situated on a dune. Some apartments offer a beautiful ocean view. All are luxuriously furnished and feature a fully equipped kitchenette. The sound of the ocean ensures a restful getaway far from the noise of the city.
The complex is situated right on the wide sandy beach and along the promenade, which features many restaurants and shops. Świnoujście is a coastal city with a wide range of recreational and cultural activities, ideal for relaxation and walks by the sea. The surrounding area features green spaces, walking paths, and bike trails.
The selected apartment uses the Click&Stay service. A few days before your arrival, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Click&Stay stay manager. You’ll need to use this to complete the necessary formalities before your arrival, such as: tourist tax, security deposit, signing the rental agreement, and any fees for parking or bringing a pet.
In select properties, access to the apartment is either via a code or by picking up the keys from a key box. The code will be available in Click&Stay on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed.
If any issues arise, you can also complete all formalities at the local office. The local office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
• The damage deposit is 300 PLN. It consists of a pre-authorization (hold) on the guest’s card. The funds on the card will be released within 5 days after check-out.
• The release of the deposit funds held on the card depends on the bank where the customer holds their payment card and may take between 7 and 14 days.
• Tourist tax (currently 6.38 PLN per night per person).
• The apartment has an underground parking garage, which is subject to an additional fee.
• Pets are not allowed in the selected apartment.
• The apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels.
Cancellation policy:
The following fees apply in the event of cancellation:
Up to 14 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount
Otherwise, 90% of the total booking amount.
