About this house rental
A lovely townhouse with beautiful ocean views and gardens, located in a beachfront community on the outskirts of Estepona. The residential complex is quiet, consisting of only 42 units, including apartments and townhouses.
My townhouse is one of the largest, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor; an entry hall, half-bath, kitchen, living/dining room, terrace, and laundry and ironing area on the first floor; and a basement with a shower and an extra bed available upon request.
The development has two community pools—one shallow pool for children and another for adults, both open year-round—as well as beautiful communal gardens with direct access to the beach (in just one minute, you go from stepping on the grass to the beach sand and the sea) and to the coastal corridor—a path where you can walk or bike and which connects Estepona with the neighboring towns: Marbella in one direction and Casares and Sabinillas in the other.
The townhouse has a parking space in front of the property and additional free street parking. We recommend having a car, as you’ll need it to get to supermarkets, restaurants, and other places of interest.
The townhouse is a 60-minute drive from the Málaga Airport and a 45-minute drive from the Gibraltar Airport. Marbella is a 25-minute drive away. Downtown Estepona is a 10-minute drive away.
