☆☆ GUEST ACCESS ☆☆
– Full access to the entire condo except for owner's storage closet.
– Self check-in via door code.

☆☆ A/C USE ☆☆
-To keep the place comfortable, we highly recommend opening windows and using the ceiling fans. The condo gets wonderful, strong trade winds that naturally cool the entire space with minimal A/C use.
-If A/C use is preferred, we kindly ask that the A/C units are set no lower than 70°F and turned off when there is no one in that room. They cannot be on 24/7.
-Excessive prorated electricity charges of over $200 per billing cycle will be charged to the guest.

☆☆ WILDLIFE ☆☆
– The condo is located in a tropical climate, so you may encounter wildlife such as peacocks, roosters, hens, birds, lizards, mosquitoes, etc.
– We do our best to manage what we can, but some things are simply a natural part of this area. We appreciate your understanding of Hawaii's unique environment.
