It's a little gem on a quiet street in an unbeatable location: four blocks to Vineyard Sound beaches, and one block to Great Bay beach and the Maravista walking path. Close to shops, restaurants, conveniences. Easy access to Vineyard ferries. This pretty, fresh, comfortable house features an open vaulted main room with living, dining, and kitchen areas. Lynne’s home is the perfect place for a Cape vacation - views of Little Pond, walkable to the beach (even with young ones), minutes drive from downtown Falmouth. The home itself is beautiful and clean with all the amenities you need. The layout is perfect for vacation with a big, open living/dining/ kitchen space that keeps everyone connected and the three bedrooms separated on the other side of the home. My family and I had an incredible time and could not recommend this place enough.

Lynne was a great host and the property was presented as described. Best part was the living room and ample window views! Very conveniently located near the beach and shopping (Walmart, Stop and Shop, etc. which are only a few minutes away). Probably a 20 minute walk to the Martha Vineyard ferry or a ten minute bike ride.
