Three bedrooms sleep six: one double and two twin rooms. A lounge sofa bed accommodates two more guests, sleeping up to eight in total. Beds are made ready for arrival.
Relax with a 40-inch Smart TV in the lounge and a 22-inch TV in the main bedroom. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, toaster and kettle. USB charging is available in every room. A private shower room and separate private toilet make getting ready easier.
BEACH AND DAYS OUT
Enjoy Camber Sands' beach and dunes, with Rye, Hastings and local nature reserves nearby to explore.
HOLIDAY PARK
Indoor pools, a splash area, children's clubs, soft play, playgrounds, evening entertainment, an arcade, restaurant, bar and takeaway are on site. Passes are not included: purchase separately on site for swimming at any time and entertainment-complex entry after 5pm. Parkdean operates these facilities; seasonal closures may apply.
WI-FI AND EXTRAS
Free Parkdean Wi-Fi is available in public areas; no streaming and reception inside the caravan may be limited. Paid high-speed Wi-Fi, travel cot, high chair, bed guard, early arrival and late departure are optional extras arranged separately with MKRJ.

Check-in from 4pm via a secure key safe; check-out by 10am. Two bath towels and two hand towels are provided per stay, regardless of guest numbers. Bring any additional towels needed.
