About this villa rental
Located on a small hill on the beautiful island of Aegina, opposite Athens (40 minutes by hydrofoil or 1 hour by ferry), the villa has a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding islands and the Peloponnese. A view that inspires and brings serenity. Spacious (248 m², 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms), quiet, and well-equipped (fully air-conditioned and heated, trampoline, ping-pong, foosball, barbecue), the house is ideal for families, friends seeking tranquility, or for remote work. The villa is featured in a reference book on the most beautiful houses on the island of Aegina. It comprises numerous independent spaces: 5 bedrooms, a patio with an olive tree at its center, 6 terraces, several dining areas (indoor and outdoor), a very large living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, a pantry, and a large garden (in August you (You can enjoy the fig trees). Close to the sea (approximately 1 km), the island's main beaches (no more than 15 minutes to the southernmost one), and the main town (2.7 km), the villa allows you to feel immersed in nature while still having little distance to travel to enjoy the sites to visit (Afaia temple, old town, monasteries, museums, centuries-old olive trees, etc.). Our apartment (for 4 people) in the center of Athens is also available for rent.
