About this apartment rental
The apartment is located close to everything at Rua Galvão Bueno, 700, in the Liberdade neighborhood, a place famous for its Japanese community. Every corner is a tribute to the passion for anime and manga, housing everything from themed shops to authentic restaurants. On the same street you have access to the Liberdade square and street market. Not shared with other guests. 36m2 apartment with living room, bedroom, bathroom and shower stall, kitchen and small balcony in the living room. Fully furnished, TV with digital channels. Air conditioning. Kitchen with stove and utensils, pots, mini-fridge, blender, coffee maker and microwave for you to prepare your own meals. Ironing board and iron. Hair dryer. Clothes drying rack. Bidet shower. Room service is also available with daily housekeeping by the building's maid. Bed linens are provided: sheets, pillowcases, blankets or comforters, bath towels, and pillows. Reception and garage service are available 24 hours a day, so after 2 PM you can arrive at any time. Wi-Fi is available via router in the apartment. On the rooftop (C) there is a basic gym and a dry sauna. You can receive visits from friends at the apartment at any time. The parking space is located in the building's basement, where only a fee of R$ 10.00 per day is charged, payable directly on site and no reservation is necessary. Unmarked space subject to valet parking. 2-minute walk to Bunkyo and the Brazilian Society of Japanese Culture and Hakka Events; Easy access to Brás, 25 de Março, and Paulista Avenue. Check-in from 2 PM. Check-out by noon (12:00 PM). 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. I am usually flexible with check-in and check-out times whenever possible (please inquire).
