The location was perfect for our stay, as we were attending a concert at Fabrique. It was also very easy to get to the city centre by metro. Our host, Frank, was wonderful—very helpful and friendly. He met us at the apartment, walked us to the nearby shop, and was always quick to reply to our messages whenever we had any questions.
The beds were not very comfortable, apart from the one in the main bedroom. The kitchen was also quite small for our group of five, and sharing just one bathroom was challenging.

Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. They reached out well in advance, and just before our stay. They respondent instantly, like when we had accidentally turned off the power to the water heater and wanted to shower in the morning.
The appartement has everything you need. Comfy. It has mini splits, so should be cool in the summer (we visited in winter)
Slohgty cleared location information. Due to it being an appartment building, Google Maps was not very helpful.
