The place is beautiful and had very nice views of the mountains. Good restaurant with fair prices.
The location is quite isolated. You are dependent on their jeep shuttles to go in and out from the place. The igloos don’t have AC so it gets very hot and there’s lots of light coming in from 8 am or so. Booking a tour through them is 25%-50% more expensive than taking a tour from Ubud which is weird because they are much more closer to mount Batur, and you don’t have many other options because most tour operators won’t pick you up from the hotels outside of Ubud.

Very nice villa with a perfect view to the vulcano and room was very nice designed
MANY flies in the area, we could even not sit outside and eat our breakfast

It has a great atmosphere and view. Very pretty pool area and restaurant and great friendly staff.
There were lots of flies and my tent got really cold at night and too hot in the daytime.
