Die Lage ist sehr gut, fußläufig in 2 Minuten in Klein-Venedig und/oder der Markthalle. Es war alles tip top sauber. Parkplatz auf verschlossenem Hof ist inklusive.
Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad fehlen. Es gibt nur eine Leselampe am Bett und die ist schwach.
Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher/Receiver wäre hilfreich. Eine Dusche statt Wanne wäre besser.

Perfect location with very secure parking. It’s only a few minutes from the motorway and 2 minutes walk from the old town but is in a very quiet spot. The facilities in the property are great and we had great communication.
The shower screen could be improved to stop water going all over the bathroom!

Emplacement excellent, proche de la Petite Venise et du centre de Colmar, commerces proches. Logement très propre et biscuits d'apéritif et vin (européen) de bienvenue appréciés. Hôte jamais rencontré mais réactif au téléphone. Place de parking gratuite et privée en bas de l'immeuble. Cuisine fonctionnelle, produits alimentaires de base présents (café, thé, sucre, huile, épices). 2e étage sans ascenseur mais pratique. Cour intérieure silencieuse. Sèche-cheveux, linge de lit mais il faudrait un drap léger pour les nuits chaudes, en plus.
Le point négatif est l'absence de climatisation dans l'appartement. Pendant la période de forte chaleur, c'est intenable. Les fenêtres sont dépourvues de volets, ce qui fait que l'appartement est chauffé toute la journée par le soleil qui "tourne" autour de l'appartement depuis la chambre jusqu'au salon. Le refroidisseur d'air présent est inefficace et bruyant et le ventilateur très insuffisant. On peut ouvrir les fenêtres mais on laisse entrer alors les moustiques. Nuits très difficiles en août 26 ! L'appartement doit être plus agréable en hiver.
