My stay at Ruiting Hotel in Guangzhou was made truly memorable thanks to the outstanding hospitality and customer service provided by the owner, Mr Lee. Having travelled to different places, I can honestly say that the level of care and attention I received here was something special.
Mr Lee is an absolute top guy! What really stood out to me was his dedication to his guests. He works incredibly long hours and goes above and beyond to accommodate requests, answer questions, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and looked after. You can genuinely see that he takes pride in what he does and cares about the people staying at his hotel.
The customer service is next level. Whether you need assistance, have a special request, or simply need someone willing to go the extra mile to help you, Mr Lee does his best to make it happen. That personal touch makes a huge difference, especially when travelling in a city like Guangzhou, where having someone helpful and reliable can make your entire trip much easier and more enjoyable.
What I appreciated most was that the hospitality felt genuine. It wasn't just about providing a room; it was about making guests feel welcome and ensuring their stay was as smooth as possible. That kind of dedication is rare and deserves to be recognised.
If you're visiting Guangzhou, particularly for business or the Canton Fair, I would definitely recommend considering Ruiting Hotel. Having an owner who is so approachable, hardworking, and committed to his guests adds tremendous value to your stay.
A massive thank you to Mr Lee for his kindness, dedication, and outstanding service. People like him are what make a hotel experience stand out from the rest. Five stars for the hospitality, customer service, and especially Mr Lee! Keep up the fantastic work. You deserve every success, and I hope your hard work continues to pay off. Highly recommended!
Everything was perfect

The hotel stay was great, It was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, it was centrally located to restaurants, shopping and 2 convenient stores were downstairs. The owner Lee and the staff were ALL very accommodating and friendly. Shuttle to Canton fair was well organized and close to the fair. Lee (owner) assisted with translation at my dentist visit and I was able to reach out to him for guidance on where to go. I stayed at 4 different hotels through out my 7 weeks stay in China and the longest was at Ruiting Hotel and it was the BEST and AFFORDABLE experience. Also the breakfast was freshly made and the staff were great from the receptionist to cleaning staff.
No complaints, the price & location were great and the staff were excellent, so there is nothing to complaint about.
