Overall the apartment and location were good. The photos from the listing is what you'll get. It is modern and very comfortable. The apartment/flat is towards the back left of the complex. There are coffee, gelato shops, markets and restaurants right outside the building complex - very convenient. The layout and separation of the sleeping areas worked us. Think of the apartment as a big studio with a sleeping loft with an ensuite. To access the loft, you have to walk up a few steps, walk pass the other bed and up another short stairs. See my photos. Also, the toilet seats were loose day 1 of our stay, the management offered fix it but we declined. They were responsive to our concerns. The 2 bathrooms are a must for our group.
The following are our opinions on the issues that kept this property from being great:
1) It was inconvenient to have only 1 key. We couldn't open the inside gate when leaving, and had to use the key. All 6 of us thought it was very inconvenient. This prevented different members from exploring independently. We would have left the key in the lockbox but couldn't get out of the 1st gate without the key. Maybe the fix is a second set of keys? Our apartment in Rome had 2 sets of keys and it made a huge difference.
2) Safety issues:
You can only lock/unlock the Apt door with the key, even from the inside. In an emergency, you'll have to break one of the windows, if the keys can't be located quickly.
There were no vertical bars/baulsters on the stair railings at the apartment entrance (see photos). Someone, especially children, can easily fall through if not careful or slipped. This may impact families with children or elderly.
3) No hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels.
4) No toilet paper holders. Solution could be freestanding ones.
5) Extremely slow and unreliable WIFI combined with the weak 4/5G cell signals, kept us from using common apps. Didn't bother trying Netflix or doing work on our laptops. Maybe better WIFI service and/or a cell signal booster? WIFI fix should sufficient here.
6) We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. Not a big deal but for extended stays it makes a difference. Same for teabag or coffee.
7) The building main entrance key never worked for us. We had to use the panel code and wait for the resulting buzz to open the main entrance.
Personally, #1 & 5 would prevent us from staying in the property again in the future. Collectively, these issues were annoying and prevented full enjoyment of the property. That said, during our stay, the pros did outweigh the cons.
*Management mentioned that they will review and address many of the issues.

Le check-in facile, le quartier très agréable.
Logement situé en sous-sol, huit marches pour descendre dans le logement. Une des chambres est dans la passage qui donne accès à la deuxième chambre sur la mezzanine. Les taies d'oreiller non lavées et qui sentent mauvais sur le canapé lit et les draps tachés. Lorsque nous avons réservé, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions avoir une place de parc. La réponse a été oui selon la taille de la voiture. En arrivant nous avons été étonnés d'apprendre qu'il n'y avait pas de place de parc. Cela nous a obligé à louer une place de parc. 120 Euros en plus à payer... Beaucoup de vibrations dans le logement à cause du tram, jour et nuit.
