Firstly, the apartment is affordable and actually near a bus stop or a bit far from Ladywell Station. Spotless, and you can find everything that you need. The kitchen is shared but fully equipped. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bedsheet was clean as well. TV with channels, YT and Netflix. There was an aircon. We came across some little gifts, lovely :).
Hmmm, in the morning we were woken up with the restaurant smell because the accommodation is above the restaurant. The other thing is that the private Bathroom is outside the room across the hall. We didn't expect it; however, we accepted it :)

2. The cleanliness: everything was very clean and tidy and there were also offers to clean the room while we were away.
3. General room: Large space with plenty of room as well as a beautiful terrace porch
4. Staff: There was frequent and helpful communication with the host giving us comfort when checking in and out
5. Finally there was a lovely personalised message waiting for us when checking in
