This apartment features a spacious entryway with travertine flooring, offering plenty of room for luggage, jackets, and shoes. The entryway leads into the fantastic open-concept kitchen. LED lights recessed into the exposed concrete ceiling create a unique focal point! The kitchen is fully equipped (including a capsule coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle).
The open-concept kitchen leads out to the cozy covered loggia.
The modern bathroom, also featuring travertine flooring and a sliding glass door, is accessible from the entryway. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, and a modern towel warmer.

On the first floor, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, which all residents are welcome to use.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment (or on the first floor). You’re welcome to use the seating area on the first floor or the apartment’s loggia for this purpose.
If you’d like, you can also rent a parking space for the duration of your stay.
Direct access to Vienna (20 minutes by train) via the train station is also within walking distance.
The overnight tax is not included in the price.
The overnight tax is €2.50 per person per night (€2.60 per person per night starting in January) and must be paid in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer.
