About this apartment rental
Located in Blevio on Lake Como, this 65 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The sleeping area is an open space (not two separate bedrooms), with one bed on the main floor and a second bed on a mezzanine accessed by an internal staircase (not suitable for guests with mobility issues). The apartment offers private spaces for your exclusive use: a private bathroom, a fully equipped private kitchen, and a small private sitting area, as well as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and a dryer to ensure a comfortable stay. A shared veranda area is available with other guests of the property, featuring a table, a communal lounge, a second bathroom, and a shared washing machine. Breakfast is included and served self-service in this shared area: you will find coffee capsules, milk, herbal teas, rusks, butter, and jams to start your day. This is a light continental breakfast; if you wish for something more substantial, you are welcome to bring additional items. The apartment has two private balconies where you can enjoy beautiful lake views and relax in the peaceful surroundings. Bus stops with direct routes to Como and Bellagio are within walking distance, allowing you to explore the lake easily even without a car. The nearest parking is about 400 meters away on foot. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
