Discover the ‘Pink City’ whilst staying in this superb flat with panoramic views across the whole city! With its 80 m² terrace, it’s the ideal spot for a truly wonderful sunny getaway! On sunny days, you can also enjoy its private swimming pool.
This magnificent flat on the 10th and top floor, with a lift, can accommodate up to two guests. It comprises a large living area with a dining and lounge area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a very comfortable master bedroom (walk-in wardrobe, shower room, toilet, balcony), a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet. As well as its large terrace, the flat has two balconies facing different directions.

- Tastefully decorated living area, furnished with a sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table and seating.
- A beautiful, fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the living area, featuring: a central island, high-back stools, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a fridge, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room with shower and toilet.
- A bathroom with a bath, a washbasin and a washing machine.
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool (dimensions: 2.20m by 2.30m, i.e. 6.5m³) open from 1 May to 31 October

What an amazing space! The modern themed open floor plan with incredible views did not disappoint my wife and I for our trip to Toulouse. The place is even better than the pictures suggest! We chose the area for its convenient 15 minute walk to the train station which was as expected. The building is very secure, and has a small grocery store on the ground floor which is also very convenient. As a primarily residential area, It is a bit of a walk to the city center and any restaurants, which didn’t bother us, but some people might not like. Otherwise, it was exceptional. We especially liked the privacy of the ENORMOUS outdoor patio area and pool, (which was perfect due to the fact we stayed during the record heat wave). Sunsets were completely unobstructed, as were the views of the Pyrenees mountains in the distance. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you are considering it, just do it!!
