About this apartment rental
Welcome to our private and cozy basement retreat with a Hot Tub and relaxing hang out space underneath a waterproofed underside of a deck! Our beautifully furnished basement unit is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. With 2 king beds and a dedicated desk for work, a washer-dryer combo and all the kitchen necessities, you`ll feel just like you`re at home! Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, our walk-out basement retreat is just a short drive away from all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that Main Street St. Charles has to offer. (Please note to enter the unit you must walk along the side of the house down a hill.) Owner occupied home upstairs.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are NOT pet friendly at this location.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
In the event that an excess cleaning above and beyond a normal clean is required, we have to charge 250 for extra time spent.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.

This property is the perfect get-away. Quite relaxing. The beds are super comfy the outside sitting area is quiet and relaxing. The interior is fully furnished very nice quality everything. And you are within 10 minutes of shopping and tons of restaurants. I hated to leave.Hope I can return.

The unit was very nice, clean and well appointed. Everything you would need ready and available. The bed was very comfortable. The access to the place is rather cumbersome. That was not a surpise as the access is pictured in the write-up. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5.
