Welcome to Noirmoutier-en-l'Île where this beautiful holiday home welcomes you for a very comfortable stay. Located in a new residential area, it is just a stone's throw from the town centre and only 2 km from the beaches, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers (6 adults and 2 children). You will enjoy an enclosed garden with a fitted terrace, barbecue and hotplate for your outdoor meals. A heated swimming pool at 26 degrees, available from 15 April to 30 September, will allow you to relax and enjoy the sun. It is the ideal starting point for discovering the island.



Step through the front door and discover a beautiful living room opening onto the terrace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare your meals as at home. For your breakfasts, you have at your disposal a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Share your meals around the large table for 8 people or enjoy the terrace on sunny days. In the evening, relax in the living room, comfortably settled on the sofa in front of the television.



The house has 3 bedrooms. The master suite is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a double bed (140x190 cm). The last one is composed of a double bed (140x190 cm) and a bunk bed suitable for 2 children.



A second bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer is at your disposal, as well as an independent WC for added convenience. After your returns from the beach, you will also appreciate the outdoor shower.



A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the laundry room.



You will also benefit from 2 parking spaces.



Make the most of your holiday thanks to the residence's facilities: children can have fun in the play area whilst adults can compete on the petanque court.
