About this apartment rental
The Birgit Vacation Rental welcomes you to a prime location in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn, just about 180 meters from the fine sandy beach. The apartment is located on the third floor of a well-maintained building and, with 45 m² of living space, is ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers who value comfort and a central location in town.
The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living and dining area, which features a modern and inviting design. The living room floor is covered with low-maintenance laminate, while the bedroom features carpeted floors, creating a particularly cozy atmosphere. The sofa area invites you to relax—whether watching TV on one of the two cable TVs (44–55 inches) or reading. There is a TV in both the living room and the bedroom, so you’ll never be without entertainment. An armchair stylishly complements the seating options.
The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with all essential appliances: A 4-burner stove, oven (electric), dishwasher, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are all provided. To ensure a hassle-free stay, dishes, silverware, various kitchen utensils, and dish towels are also provided. You’ll also find a dining table with matching chairs and a coat rack for your clothes.
The bathroom features a combination of a bathtub and shower, a sink, a toilet, and a large mirror. Hot water is, of course, available. For younger guests, a high chair and a crib are provided, ensuring that families with small children are well accommodated. Children are expressly welcome in this rental.
Additional amenities in the vacation rental include individual heating, a vacuum cleaner, and free Wi-Fi. The property features a private parking space and an underground garage, which is a major advantage, especially for guests arriving by car. Since you’re right in the heart of Kühlungsborn, you’ll enjoy easy access to all the important destinations: The nearest restaurant is just 20 meters away, and shopping options are only 200 meters away.
The area surrounding the “Strandburg” house is ideal for activities such as walking, hiking, visiting the beach, and Nordic walking. Sightseeing in and around Kühlungsborn is also easily accessible on foot. The long sandy beach is perfect for sunbathing, long walks, or sports activities.
The Birgit vacation rental offers a perfect combination of well-thought-out amenities, an attractive location, and a pleasant atmosphere. Book your stay in the heart of Kühlungsborn and enjoy the benefits of this comfortable accommodation.
