Check in was easy and painless. Location was close to bus and metro stops and there is an adorable cafe next door that was great for coffee and baked goods! Property was spacious.

The place was in a nice location, but its in need of a good cleaning and some repairs. The washing machine works great, but you may want to choose quick load, otherwise you'll be washing a load for over 2 hours. The bedroom with the ensuite: There were cobb webs on the ceiling above the bed. The boxspring had a huge stain on the front side. The bathroom walls, floor, and especially the shower had black mold and mildew build-up. We purchased a bathroom cleaner at the store to clean up as much as possible because of mold allergies. The shower head was leaking water from the back end. I managed to fix it, it no longer leaks. The drawers under the sink are broken with mold and debris in them. The hallway toilet:There is a hole in the wall behind the door. The bathroom with shower:Mold, water leaks all over the floorThere are small holes in the floor in the hallway and in front of the futon sofa. The futon sofa had a burn hole and a spot on it.The was debris under the counter, you could see it when sitting on the futon. The cabinets had smudges from opening them. There is a mandatory non-refundable deposit required of 50 or a refundable deposit of 500 for damages.I tried to upload photos, but not able to through the app.
