Welcome to Sea Haven, a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo located in the Winds IV. This tranquil place is just steps away from the ocean and located in the heart of Carolina Beach just a few minutes' drive away from the boardwalk and multiple restaurants. Start your day off with breakfast nearby at Katie's Pancake House or take your coffee out on one of the 2 large decks while you listen to the breaking waves. After breakfast enjoy a beautiful day on the beach followed by the pool located at the Winds condominiums. If its rainy no worries, there is plenty to do. Your family will have lots of fun visiting the Fort Fisher Aquarium, Carolina Beach Arcade, iEscape Rooms or do some local shopping. And please while you're out make sure to stop by Britt's Donuts named 2nd best in the nation, for a yummy afternoon snack. Finish your day off relaxing back at the condo where there is ample living space for your family to gather and spend time together cooking or ordering in. After dinner lounge comfortably on the couch or back on the decks to enjoy the breeze before retreating back to your bedroom for the night where you can enjoy a good book, movie or just snuggle in bed for a great night sleep. Be sure to shut the blackout curtains if you want to sleep in or leave them open if you want to watch the beautiful sunrise. Overall great place, and enjoyed our stay. The keypad for entry wasn’t working when we arrived, so we had to unlock the key box to use the physical key to enter. We had our college age kids with us, and weren’t always on the same schedule so the keypad would have been better. For parking, there are no designated parking spots for each unit. We weren’t aware of that when checking in and kept looking for a space that indicated our unit #. Outside these minor issues it was great. Short walk to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk area.

Pretty nice. Parking is super tight. Lots of stairs. Beach is close. Overall, not bad. Everyone had a good time.

Loved our stay here. It was so very clean and nice. Just steps from the beach. We loved how close it was to the boardwalk and in walking distance of many restaurants. We would definitely recommend to anyone!
