I visited this property with my husband and 2 daughters in their 20s. The location is very close to the beach and not a long walk to get to the water compared to other areas we have rented in Siesta. You are also a short walking distance to the center of the village, which was great for our daughters who spent part of the day visiting the shops. We were also able to walk to the grocery store for any supplies we needed after our arrival and were able to eat at great restaurants just a short distance from the unit. All our questions after our arrival were responded to quickly, and even when the dishwasher was not working, someone came out the next day to check on it. Overall a great experience and we will be back. I would just recommend that it would be great if you could add a collapsible clothes drying rack to the units so when you come back from the beach you can hang to dry the towels and bathing suits. Or maybe hooks to hang from the fence along the outside of the units would work too. We put some of our stuff on the chairs outside but that means others cant use them and our neighbor put his stuff out on the floor by his door. Other than that, great place to stay.

This is a wonderful unit and location. It was clean, included perfectly appointed appliances, parking and ease of transaction. It was steps from the beach, entertainment, restaurants and shopping. No car needed. We arrived to find a 38th anniversary cake in the refrigerator, a thoughtful welcome gift. Highly recommend.

We loved the location. It was in a very nice quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach and main boulevard where are the shops and restaurants were located. The condo is very well maintained and has all the necessary amenities. We will definitely stay at this property next time we are in the area.
