About this apartment rental
Our little oasis of well-being (approx. 20 square meters) is a beautiful, quiet guest room located right on the edge of the forest—perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accommodation sits on a small hill and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
The guest room is directly adjacent to our “Auszeitoase” vacation apartment and is located in the beautiful Hochsauerland region, centrally situated between the winter sports hubs of Willingen (11 km) and Winterberg (20 km). Hiking trails start right at your doorstep—ideal for nature lovers, active vacationers, and those seeking relaxation.
Whether for a relaxing weekend or a longer getaway—singles, couples, and even dogs are all welcome here. There is a fee of €10 per stay for your four-legged friend.
Our accommodation was completely renovated in the summer of 2025 and furnished to a high standard with new furniture. The cozy room features: - two single beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed - a comfortable sitting area - Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, and coffee maker (NO kitchen or kitchenette).
A breakfast basket is available upon request.
A highlight is the modern bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling rain shower. Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are, of course, included in the price. There is no tourist tax and no security deposit.
Outside, you’ll find a shared terrace with patio furniture, as well as a small private seating area right at the entrance to the apartment—perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxing evening surrounded by greenery.
Note:
This little oasis of well-being is located right next to our “Auszeitoase” vacation rental and has a separate, ground-level entrance. If available, the vacation rental can be booked in addition—ideal if you’d like more space or plan to travel with family and friends.
