OK i get it! This beautiful place is a love letter to El Salvador. Saying that it is beautiful is not even enough. Tjere are details that are si majestic and well thought out. Thank you for creating such a marvelous place.
The staff is amazing, the facility itself is beyond and the view? Let me tell you, this is one of the most beautiful places in. The world. HIGHLY recommended.

This is such a beautiful place to stay. The view is breathtaking. However, the rooms where my family and I stayed were not as clean. There were dead bugs along the window ledge. The night stands had dust. The bedsheets in one of the rooms had hair in them, and I also found a dead bug in the bed by the pillow. The worst part of it all was the shower. They gave me a room with a broken showerhead, and when I found out, the staff had not arrived yet and I needed to get ready for my next destination. Thankfully, the rest of my family members had a room too, and my daughter and I were able to shower. When the issue was brought up to the manager, Mauricio, he asked for the room keys to take a look, but it was useless since I was going to check out shortly. I didn't like that he didn’t apologize at all for the inconvenience. I had to ask him if he could compensate me for part of my stay because of the issue, and all he said was that he could give the people staying in that room a free breakfast. I didn’t like his attitude as it was not apologetic at all. Stay here at your own risk!
