I loved how clean and up kept the resort was, it made our time very peaceful and relaxing. Staff was so kind and pool games were so fun. Big shout out to Maria!!!!
Only place where I would dock a point would be from the overall food offered at the resort. The food was okay to get us by for the day but nothing really stood out.
As well as overall communication with airport pick up/drop off. It was quite hard to find or pick up person/spot once getting to the airport.

The rooms have seen a lot of wear and tear in the few months it has been open. Our room looked gorgeous, beds were nice, but shower did not drain properly. There were bird nests on our balconies. Also they messed up our upgrade and we had to switch rooms mid stay. They tried to make the transition as painless as possible, but it made us feel not as settled because it was such a short trip to have to change rooms.
Food was hit and miss. I understand not wanting to over season at all inclusive, but there needs to be ketchup, salt and pepper readily available. Also would have preferred a pool side buffet for lunch. Lunch took pretty long everywhere we went. Michael show was really good and silent disco was fun. Drink service got a bit congested at times and was inconsistent throughout but overall pretty solid.
Servers were all really friendly though and overall it was a great trip. I would definitely consider revisiting!
