It was comfortable, excellent coffee light snacks water towels freely available. The owner was very helpful and attended to requests immediately
There is a half a floor of flight of steps to enter before the lift takes you to the 5th Floor and again a half floor of steps before self check in. Extremely hard with luggage
We had booked and paid for a twin bedroom but were provided a dbl and only on request were given a twin bedroom after one very uncomfortable night.
