El hotel está precioso afuera es como una ruina maya, super limpio el personal excelente volvería mil veces en cancun, céntrico.
Que la segunda vez que me hospede me dieron una habitación sin tina por el mismo precio por eso pedí cambio pero al otro día ya estaba en una con tina excelente servicio.

La amabilidad del personal fue increíble. Responde muy rápido los mensajes e inclusive me apoyaron de manera excepcional en recepcionar unas compras qué hice en línea antes de llegar. Muy atentos.
La habitación que me dieron grande y los ambientes cómodos. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.
La ubicación es perfecta si estas de paso, a unos metros de la avenida kukulcán y a unos 400 mt de la plaza forum.
La habitación tenía un olor a poca ventilación. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Large comfortable bed, good AC, located in the Hotel Zone, the room had a bathtub and a shower, but I never used the tub.
I booked it expecting some Mayan cultural vibe but it had basically none. There were no windows in the room. The place is really a former mall/plaza with shops converted into rooms for a hotel. As such, the glass wall is only covered by a curtain leaving a lot of light streaming into the room at night. You can only get darkening for good sleep by using an eye mask. The fridge, towels and furniture were really old. There was no complimentary water, coffee or tea provided. You can't come back from the heat outside in town to an already cool room because the AC is connected to the room key card. I don't think that system is suitable for Cancun weather.
