The apartament was really nice, the neighbourhood is quite nice. In the middle of the season could be noisy due to a bar downstairs, but wasn't a problem for us. The apartment has everything you need, there's a nice kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Big advantage is an actual 11th floor so the view is really nice. The lady was kind and helpful.
The parking is normal for Italians so I wouldn't necessarily say I didn't like it but it could be problematic. The street was long and there was a lot of spaces but there's also a lot of people there to fill these spaces. We didn't have much problems but keep that in mind if you're travelling by car.
