Spacious, clean but there is a room for improvement

The appartment was very spacious and clean.

A strong unpleasent odor coming from the pipes of the second bathroom is problematic. The appartment was well equiped but still a corkscrew / bottle opener was missing. Also it would not kill them to include a couple of tea bags and coffee pads (and charge us). This would be a nice gesture and saved us from going to the supermarket after a long trip. The same goes for the dish washing spunge. The owner did respond to our messages but he was not very helpfull. Location was OK but a bit far away from the city center with no metro station close by.

Modern and comfortable apartment, a tram ride away from centre

Excellent facilities, clean, modern and brand new. Located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, away from the chaos. At 50m of a stop of the 8 Line (tram) which takes you to the city centre and main sightseeing sites quickly and cheaply. Communication with property management is fast and responsive.

The check-in process can be somewhat challenging for guests not comfortable with smartphones: it requires use of an AI-assisted web-based chat, uploading documents, QR codes, and a dedicated keyring app to open the door the first time. It pays off investing some time ahead of arriving, to avoid connectivity issues upon arrival. Instructions are clear and precise, though, so not a big deal.

Es muy amplio y todo el mobiliario es nuevo y moderno. Paradas de bus y tranvía en 100-200 metros del alojamiento

Era una planta -1 y no sé si ese fue el motivo del olor a humedad

Lovely place, almost as good as new.

We had to wait more than 45 standing on the street to be let in, despite stating our arrival time very clearly several times. The bathroom off the living room smelt of sewage
