A disappointing experience, and I will not be coming back.
No things
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The security service was poor, and the cleanliness of the facilities was not at an acceptable standard. There were also serious concerns regarding privacy and respecting the designated gym rules, especially when it came to allowing men into the women’s gym during restricted times.
What was even more disappointing was the way the management handled these issues. The response was slow, and there was a lack of proper communication and accountability. I expected a much more professional level of management, security, cleanliness, and respect for residents’ privacy.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall experience for residents.

Avoid if you have any expectation of reliability, honesty, or basic accountability.
There was no keys. The door had a passcode lock which was convenient.
Do not stay here if you work remotely, or value your time
Where do I begin. We spent two full days without internet, an advertised essential amenity, while the management team ran us in circles with vague reassurances and promises of repair teams that never materialized. We canceled plans. We waited home all day. Nobody came. When someone finally did show up the next day, it was only after we demanded an actual appointment time rather than hearing the word "shortly" for the fifth time.
This was not a minor operational hiccup. This was a fundamental failure to deliver what was paid for, and more importantly, a complete inability to be honest with guests about what was actually happening.
When we sought fair compensation, the response was corporate, rehearsed, and utterly indifferent to the disruption to our work and daily life. Two days of lost work, broken promises, and having to find our own solutions — and they refused our request for an afternoon checkout. After pushing back, they offered a mere 15% refund on the two affected days, which we rejected as inadequate given the circumstances.
We then turned to Booking.com, hoping for some recourse. That was a mistake. The property went completely silent, and Booking.com, despite their agent filing a formal report and acknowledging we deserved more, when we followed up they simply said they had to wait for the owner to reply. They never pushed. They never followed up. We were left with nothing.
And don’t think this was the only issue, far from it. Basic supplies like dish soap and sponges were not provided and they only gave us 2 tiny rolls toilet paper for a month-long stay. Also, the gym access card didn't work for the entirety of our stay. We kept asking them to fix it, they said they would, but then kept directing us to security to request entry every single time.
Avoid if you have any expectation of reliability, honesty, or basic accountability.
